Don't book with this company. If you do book with this company and if there are issues you only have yourself to blame. Read all there bad reviews, We have spent months chasing our refund due to covid spent hours on the phone to them speaking to a Indian call centre with fake names like harry, Jane, John, they tell you a bunch of lies regards to our refund, and I keep leaving messages for a manager to ring back but no one rings back. Spoke to the airline who told me we have refunded all our customers who booked direct within a couple of weeks, as well as refunding agents like who you booked through. The Airline told me you booked through travel trolley they have your money.
Would I use this company again? Certainly NOT. After numerous emails, phone calls and patiently waiting months, we finally received a pitiful refund of only £103.30 for a cancelled flight of Bangkok to Dubai to Newcastle!!! I have asked for a breakdown to substantiate why so little has been refunded. Disappointingly no reply has been forthcoming.
Recently I booked a ticket to chennai and was supposed to travel on 27th March and due current covid19 situation the flights were cancelled. Based on news information I was expecting a full refund from Travel trolley. When I called the customer care they responded like it will take more than 6 weeks to issue the refund. I was patient and after 4 weeks I came to know through some of my friends that they are deducting administrative charges. i called customer care again and it was totally a different experience with the customer agent. They were very rude and they offered credit note or refund after deducting administrative charges of £150 as per the T&C. Even they didn't wait for confirmation and processed the refund charges. They were not professional in handling the calls. There was no response from them for dropping emails.
